January 5, 1954 – October 5, 2025 (Age 71)

Thank you for all you did for UMCH.

Richard served as UMCH's CEO from May of 2010 until August of 2017. He is credited with stabilizing the Agency from near closure and helping to create a more manageable operation by realigning with its mission. Richard set the foundation for the ability of UMCH to have the vision and progress it has today.
